We're currently giving full width length to our block-level elements, like headings and paragraphs.
We need to limit those for better readability and to follow our guidelines.

As the result hasn't been convincing on our maximum content width on desktop & widescreen (outcome of this week's Design Review), with h2 border and img taking up full available width, we've decided to roll back the change and go for full content column width.
Putting on “stalled” as we need clarification on layout and multingual quality of the 75 character rule.
