Update prometheus-varnish-exporter on debian to 1.4

Description

Hi, prometheus-varnish-exporter on debian https://packages.debian.org/sid/prometheus-varnish-exporter should be updated to https://github.com/jonnenauha/prometheus_varnish_exporter 1.4 release.

Reason why is it has been updated to support varnish 5. (it has been tested with 5.1 but not 5.0)
