Description

Steps to reproduce

In Settings, choose the Wikipedia languages as EN and FR
Go to the Explore feed
Scroll through to see if the Today's featured article card for FR is shown

Actual results

Only one Today's featured article card is shown and it is for English

Expected results

Two Today's featured article card should be present in the explore feed. One for English and another for French (just like the On this day, Featured image cards)
