Category filters (T163433) will be exposed at two entry points from the new filters UI:

The advanced filters area, after the current namespace and tag filters:

At the bottom of the filters menu, as a button in the "advanced filters" section:

Don't forget the tooltip for the Categories buttons (in both locations). Wording can be: Filter results by category.
