Notification letters contains ugly inflated links to pages with non-latin title
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

A notification letter about new edit on watched page occupies FOUR SCREENS on 1920*1080 smartphone display because of displaying full path to pages with non-latin titles and including too many unnecessary links:

  • to page
  • to diff
  • to diff since my last visit
  • to email to diff author
  • to diff author's talk
  • to notification settings
  • to watchlist settings
  • to watchlist modifying
  • and to common help.

I think, links to diff, to diff since last visit and to settings should be enough. Links should not contain percent-encoded page title.

These look like the watchlist notification emails, so removing Notifications (a.k.a. Echo extension).
