Add a link to the data model on Special:NewLexeme

Description

Currently Special:NewLexeme contains only a sentence about CC0, when Special:NewItem provides more information.

Before adding Special:NewLexeme to the menu column, I'd like to add the minimal links to help people understand what it is about.
My suggestion:

Let's please wait with that for RC and search integration are done as I said in T195295 to make sure we have the tools to handle more.

Did we make this change locally on Wikidata for items or in the Wikibase codebase? We should take the same route here.
