Description

Proposed update based on feedback from user testing in T192891

Problem

During user-testing, 5 of 7 participants did not know initially recognize the reorder icon and/or knew to long press and drag on the icon to re-order items

Proposed solution

Change the icon to something that may be more recognizable, such as the WMF draggable icon.
