Recommended action based on user testing in T192891

User story

As a multilingual app user using Nearby in Wikipedia, I want to be able to see all articles in all app languages so that I have am able to learn as much as possible about places near me.

Problem

Currently we still only show results from the first app language. This is misleading especially for users that have a language with less geotagged articles set as their first language.

Proposed solution

Show results from all the user's app languages, up to a certain number of pins on the initial view.
For example, if a user has 1/FR, 2/EN, 3/DA; show all results from French, then from EN, then DA, up to a maximum of 100 results.
