As an editor of Wikidata-Lexeme I want to be able to add a reference to a statement in order to make it possible for others to verify the information in the statement.

Acceptance Criteria:

• I can make a statement in exactly the same way as I can make it on a statement on an Item, Form, Property or Lexeme
• The edit is persistently stored
