Password resets are available through https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PasswordReset BUT this will only work if you logged into Wikitech at least once before you lost your password. If that is not the case, you can create a Phabricator ticket requesting that your account be "attached" to Wikitech so that the password reset process will work. Ssh key management is done at https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/profile/settings/ssh-keys which you can reach by clicking on your username in the upper right corner of this application and selecting "Settings" from the dropdown list. --BryanDavis 2018-06-01 23:31

@BryanDavis I could not restore my password. :(
I checked on Wikitech and the developer account has not been attached there yet. This would explain https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PasswordReset not working.
