…is this task already done? The Gerrit change seems to be merged :)

Actually I made a mess here :D We enabled writing to the table which we realized is not as bug-free as we thought. We don't even have code to read from the table :/

Reverted config change because Recentchanges and Watchlist were throwing exceptions. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/OAuth/+/459016 should fix the underlying issue.

@Catrope Thanks for the fix, I merged it and it's deployed on beta cluster so I reverted your config change and everything looks good so far. Should we call this done?
