Description

As a user I would like the filter for languages to be initially preselected automatically, so the list of other languages I see initially is shaped for me.

When I open the other languages section initially
then I should se a list of languages with a preselected filter that is shaped to my browser/os and geo language.

The preselection of the filter should use ULS if possible.
