Description

Hello. I have been wondering if pywikibot cosmetic_changes.py can automatically group the same references in an article. For example, this edit was made by AutoWikiBrowser, showing that <ref>[http://sulbar.bps.go.id/newbackend2/pdf_publikasi/Provinsi_Sulawesi_Barat_Dalam_Angka_2016.pdf Sulawesi Barat Dalam Angka 2016], BPS</ref> was grouped in a ref name "Sulawesi Barat Dalam Angka 2016".

Looking at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Pywikibot/cosmetic_changes.py does not state that pywikibot can handle such thing. If it is possible, please add this functionality to the bot script. Thanks!

See also this java code from WPCleaner that does this task. Note that script need to handle ref group names.
