Description

The general wikibase image README includes the following files as suggested overrides:

/extra-install.sh	Extra code that will be run if LocalSettings.php isn't present
/extra-preinstall-runtime.sh	Extra code that will be run from the entrypoint every time

However these are only included in the bundle image? and there is no indication to that fact.

The will be also run from the base image of mounted or copied there by the
user.

aah indeed, it is in the base image for 1.30 but not in 1.29 at all.
Either we should add it to 1.29 or just say it is from 1.30 onward.
