The background for the Wikipedia app in the Play Store features some broken languages

Description

The Play Store description for the Wikipedia app has a background image: the word "Wikipedia" in different languages.

In some of the languages the name is incorrect. Some immediate problems that I see:

  • Urdu has broken letters rendering (it was possibly made with a font that is compatible with Arabic, but not with Urdu).
  • Hebrew and Russian use a font that is different from the one that is used in the respective logos that actually appear on the sites.
  • The Japanese stripng in the middle of the image is the second half of the word ("pedia"), and another Japanese string has the full name.

There may be more issues.

It's probably best if one of the designers simply makes a new background image with current language names as they appear in the logos, or comes up with a brand new designs (as much as I love languages, there may be other nice things to put there).

Thanks @Dbrant I updated the iOS backgrounds so this should be a pretty easy fix. Do you happen to know what dimensions the assets need to be?

@cmadeo The "feature graphic" should be 1024 x 500.

The feature graphic had been updated to use the globe logo in late June 2018's release.
