Description

Why are we doing this?

Feedback was shared during the UX Lab feedback session that the links to Reading lists on the 'All articles view' read like labels. Additionally it was suggested that the string on the bulk editing view be changed from 'Add to...' to something more specific.

Proposed solution

Update the reading list pills to have a background of #eaf3ff and a text color of #36c
On the bulk edit view the pills should have a background color of #36c at 10% opacity and a text color of #36c
On the bulk edit view, change the string from 'Add to...' to 'Add to list'

One small thing leftover from this ticket though: can we change the string from Add to... to Add to list?

Per conversation with @cmadeo the string change above should only happen on the All articles edit screen. (not the screen with the Move to... button)
