Required to make abbreviations for namespaces in Russian Wikiquote (see https://ru.wikiquote.org/wiki/Викицитатник:Форум#Сокращения).

Abbreviations:
'Шаблон' ('Template') - 'T' or 'Ш';
'Обсуждение участника' ('User talk') - 'UT' or 'ОУ';
'Участник' ('User') - 'У' or 'U'
'Категория' ('Category') - 'К'
'Модуль' ('Module') - 'М'
