Cumin: add option when --batch=1 to skip deduplication
Open, LowPublic2 Estimated Story Points

Add an option to cumin that allows, when running a command with --batch=1 to see the output not deduplicated and live, as it comes from the hosts.
This will be the equivalent behaviour of the single target host option, but with multiple hosts for which the execution is sequential.

As opposed to the single target host case, where cumin automatically skip the deduplication, in this case this must be exposed as an API/CLI parameter to allow the user to choose baed on the situation.
