Replace disk on wasat

Description

According to root mails and dmesg /dev/sdb on wasat needs to be replaced. This can be done just before we move on to do T193915

@MoritzMuehlenhoff can you paste the disk log error here. According to HP the ILO log is not showing any bad disk.

/dev/sda is just not showing up; I am not sure if that was the disk replaced in T193394
