Unactionable "This page is using the deprecated ResourceLoader module" warnings
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

Recently I started seeing warnings such as This page is using the deprecated ResourceLoader module "mediawiki.api.options". Use "mediawiki.api" instead. that I don't know what to do about. These happen for example in Special:ContentTranslation, but there is no indication which module is loading them. What is even more mysterious that the warnings go away in debug mode. Nothing in CX extensions uses mediawiki.api.options.

The notices are coming from deprecated usages in ULS. See this patch.
Previously, VE and Echo were the reason for notices as well, before this and this patch.
