A change on a talk page of an article listed on a category is not visible on Related changes

Description

People use Related changes to monitor changes on all pages in a given category. The plan is to watch all pages, but also all changes on their talk pages. That's not possible.

How to reproduce:

  1. open Related changes and filter a category
  2. filter to have only talk: namespace displayed
  3. make a change on a talk page of an article listed on that category

Expectation: the talk page change is listed on the results
Reality: no results are displayed

If you add a category to the talk page, that talk page will be listed and filterable.

I think this would complicate the RelatedChanges a bit and might possibly trigger controversies and conflicts with people who like the way which RelatedChanges works now.

It might be better to do this as an additional feature rather than a modification to the existing feature. A feature likely called "Show changes in pages linked from (and their corresponding talk pages)" or so.
