I manually typed a banner name in the URL bar, it seems it didn't existed with that name and instead of returning a "this page doesn't exist" or-the-like, a fatal error is returned instead. Looks like a dupe of T174710 and T149240. CentralNotice should not fatal if the banner or campaign doesn't exist in the same way it does not fail Wikipedia when an article name doesn't exist either. Thanks.
