[BreadCrumbs] links should not be in mw-content-text

Description

The BreadCrumbs links end up in <div id="mw-content-text"> which is supposed to be the article content. The links should be moved up in another div.

An indication that is a hack is the css relatively move them up by 15 px to position the links just below the title.
