Create standard mail for "Your membership has been terminated and your user information deleted"

A standard letter for this would be good to have (stored in GSuite not Zynatic).

In essence what it needs to do is:

  • Confirm that the membership has been terminated
  • Confirm that any personal data has been deleted
  • State that this is the last communication from us (on membership issues)
  • Thank them for their membership
  • Say that they are welcome to become members again if circumstances change (with a link to

  • Add to Medlemskap/Zynatic/Manuella utskick (make a note about this letter not being sent through Zynatic)
