Description

I want to fix the margin on the Javanese Wikipedia's tagline, but I don't know where to find the code.

Here is the tagline of the Javanese Wikipedia: https://jv.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Tagline

The margin is supposed to be like the ones on the other Wikipedias. For example, see this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Tagline

Confusing. https://jv.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Tagline behaves differently from https://jv.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Tagline?debug=true in Firefox 60 and Chromium 67 when being logged in and when being logged out.
