For the 2018 membership fees there were a few cases of members paying twice by logging in and then paying (using PayPal) both the invoice (for the membership) and the membership fee (e.g. member 3583).
We should investigate if Zynatic could flag these or at least raise a warning when the same membership is paid for twice.
Additionally the accounting hookup to Fortnox seems to have failed for these with only one payment being registered. The second can be manually registered but will then likely lose the PayPal connection (and the correct accounting of the associated fee).
We should investigate exactly what happened and come up with a recommendation for Zynatic about how to handle both of the above issues.
