The mobile website allows users to enter the discussion page by a button at the bottom of the article. It links to the original Url extended by #/talk, e. g.

For Commons this does not work, e. g.
@Aschroet the talk link will only work if you are logged in. There is a longstanding bug dating back to the 2015 community wishlist to make this accessible to anonymous users. I've merged this into that task.
@Jdlrobson , seems you are right. Interesingly, i am logged in. When i go to the Wikipage i see this by the menu on the left side. But following the Commons link, i get the message "Central login
You are centrally logged in. Reload the page to apply your user settings." But the reload does not help with it. So it seems to be a problem with the central login on Commons.
