In Windows 7 in Internet Explorer 11 the disabling of the new recent changes version results in an extra newline displayed in every row of the list.

The issue was T198440: Changes shifted down on Special:RecentChanges and Special:Watchlist and deployed on July2. I re-checked for the specific details that are reported in this issue - the link: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Letzte_%C3%84nderungen on IE11 (Windows7) - all seem to be fine.
