XTools is huge help for checking that a user is inactive or not. After T197005, I can see her/his latest logged action too. However, Edit Counter is very slow, although it is still faster than checking manually user contributions and logs. For example, I have to check the time of an inactive bot's and its owner's latest edit and logged action to declare the bot is inactive or not (and withdraw it's flag).

I think Simple Counter should show the latest edit and logged action. I can say that – as a bureaucrat – it would be really useful and make our life much-much easier. Would it be possible?
