Review Mitmachen database queries for performance

Description

Check that the queries used by Mitmachen aren't unnecessarily complex, so that the tool is responsive and does not place excess load on the databases.

Someone else is going to have to look at articles.sql, I'm not a db person. Assuming that query is executed only thousands of times a day or so, then if it runs in a second it should be fine. Assuming a second is OK for responsiveness for the specific use case...
