Cursor should appear at the end after template insertion

Description

Once a template gets inserted into the wikitext markup, the cursor should be at the end of the template.

We did have this at some point but it seems to have broken somehow.

The above patch puts the cursor at the end after insertion, and also makes it replace any currently-selected text with the inserted template (as would probably be expected, if selecting text and clicking the 'insert template' button).
