Similar to how the Visual editor has a way to provide feedback. It would be nice to have a "Feedback" link (possibly near the "Help" link on the pages where the new edit filters UI is shown (RecentChanges, Watchlist, etc.). The URL might link to the discussion page of Help:New filters for edit review. The feedback URL should be customizable to point to a local wiki page.
