I reverted edits of this IP (2 reverts in translation units), but only one of those edits were registered on the translated page: see history.
I made the reverts in quick succession (ctrl + click on each link).
Looks like the second edit got lost on the translated page. Although the translation unit got reverted, the page still displays the vandalized translation unit.
After a null edit on the translation unit, the edit got through the translated page.
Can I reopen this?
I've seen a new instance of this happening.
As you can see here, there's a vandalism string there which hasn't been reverted on the translated page despite being reverted on the translation unit. See: The original edit (vandalism) and the revert.
I'm not sure if this is the same reason, but sometimes the update just doesn't happen, even if it's not a revert, deletion or done in quick succession.
Yesterday I updated this translation unit but the corresponding page didn't update. Several hours passed since the last edit of the translated page.
