Heatmap plugin of web analytics does not display page correctly

Description

We just enabled a heatmap plugin in our web analytics software. It records data out-of-the-box. But when showing the reports, it uses a screenshot of the page, that does not seem to have the stylesheets.

The old generated heat map did not have any data (0 visits) for some reason.
I've created one for test spenden which seems to be working fine. The UI looks ok.
Then I created a new donation form heat map for spenden, which so far also looks ok. The only thing from the resources which is not downloaded is the font, but I'd say that's pretty irrelevant.
