I still get all the messages in English when specifying uselang=es-419 on paymentswiki. Does something else need to change here?
Perhaps related: when trying to edit these on translatewiki.net it shows the message

(that in itself is fine, I'm okay with editing the i18n files directly, but I just wondered if it could be related)
Another data point: the es-419 translations are not available on donatewiki either, and just show the English https://donate.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Donate_interface-other/es-419
