Steps to reproduce:

• Fill out one field in the contact form
• Hit submit

Expected result:
Validation errors appear, the fields I filled out have the values I typed in

Actual result:
All the field values have disappeared

Note
The input fields in template contact_form.html.twig for cat17 don't have value attributes which is probably the root cause.
