Description

While at Wikimania I tried to add labels to wikidata items in one of the South African languages. [1]. At first, it was not possible to add new terms to Wikidata in SA language. A quick fix is to add the languages to babel [2]. This seems like an unnecessary step [3]. Can we remove this requirement?
