Why are we doing this?
At some point the Main page card disappeared from the feed, probably because there wasn't an updated design for it! Let's fix that so that users can still access the Main page of their Wikis from

Design details
- Card should appear for all of a user's languages unless turned off
- Main page should be added to the customization screen in settings

- we'll need to add a "mp" event logging code for main page to this event logging schema: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Schema:MobileWikiAppiOSUserHistory
- then we'll have to log it by adding an entry for .mainPage / mp to this: https://github.com/wikimedia/wikipedia-ios/pull/2447/files#diff-bdd236b3b0ab412ab707d8e67277d8a2R130
