Content Translation allows users to decide which paragraphs to add to the translation. When the content added to the translation has references, it is expected for a reference list to be present at the end of the article.

However, unlike CX1, in CX2 users have to manually add the list of references. this is error prone since the list of references is at the very end of the source articles and users may forget adding it.

This ticket proposes to add the list of references automatically at the end of the translation when it is published if there are references and the user has not added it manually.
