With the latest merged patch the Unknown_fields reports should be easier to consume and it is also possible to add instructions to direct volunteers to fix the problems.
The gateway to these reports can be found on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Monuments_database/Unknown_fields#How_can_you_help? and should be publicised to the organising teams as a place to keep an eye on problems in their lists.
