Why are we doing this?

The current transition into the article view includes a sliding in of the toolbar, which when an article has been saved may cause user's focus to be shifted to the bottom of the screen unnecessarily

• Grey out the toolbar icons until it has fully transitioned onto the screen.
• Change the transition to not have the toolbar slide but instead pop in
