Description

Internal article editor of Huggle removes non-breakable spaces, and replaces them with usual spaces. Example: https://ru.wikipedia.org/?diff=94248867

Looks like they were autotransformed from normal spaces: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Newlines_and_spaces#Non-breaking_spaces

well, since I have no idea how to fix this we need to implement some warning in edit form so that people are aware of this bug
