UploadWizard breaks when trying to upload certain Flickr images

Description

When I try to upload either of these files to Commons or test.wikipedia.org via UploadWizard, it breaks, showing a script error and progressing to the "Describe" phase without displaying any fields to input a title or description. I have tested other images, and this issue doesn't occur.
