The check-lists at wmse:Checklista för nyanställning eller ny praktik and wmse:Checklista för avslutande av anställning are not yet updated to take GSuite (and some times Fortnox or the new office) into account.
Per earlier feedback while doing this it would be good with better indicators about who is responsible for doing each thing (employee, economy admin, sysadmin, boss)
I was about to add a bullet point for Nextcloud-account, but saw that there already was one further down (under "Första arbetsdagen"). Is there a reason to not do this earlier?
The only reason for not giving access to these before would be if we combine giving access with an explanation of how/when we make use of the resource.
I think this is reasonable.
I believe that the two lists are up-to-date and that this task can be resolved.
