ZppixBot reminders bug

Description

I added the bot to a channel and restarted it which updated it in the process. The reminder module now fails to load. (Server logs below)

Error in reminders setup procedure: need more than 1 value to unpack (../../../../../../.sopel/modules/reminders.py:39)

I am no good in python so, creating this for the other bot maintainers to see.

Deleted the reminder.db file and that fixed it.
