Per T195924, when "Articles for Creation" is selected in the New Pages Feed, we want the default "State" to be "Awaiting review". That's because that is the setting that reviewers will use most commonly.

• When "Articles for Creation" is selected:
  • The feed is filtered by default to the pages in the draft namespace that are of state "Awaiting review" (see bullets below for exact criteria of the different types of drafts).

While we're setting defaults, it would also be good to set a default sort to "Submitted date (oldest)", which is also the most commonly used setting.
