In actuality, this was not the case. You mentioned on other tasks that there was an intent to fix this.

To be clear - we did not fix or actually change anything. What has happened is translations are now underway - so the system is holding that area until the translations are marked as completed. They will be returning once the translations are completed. There is no actionable thing for us to do related to this ticket, as I mentioned above, the feature will be more clear when translations are inputed.
