If you right-click on it (in the folder view) and select "Hämta delbar länk" that automatically copies a link you can paste here. By default that link is only accessible to members of the Team. To open it up for the public (depending on what it contains and the purpose) you have to go into the delningsinstälningar-link in the pop up and activate "Länkdelning" and tick "Tillåt extern åtkomst".
