Ensure that readers of the 2018/19 Audiences annual plan wiki page can find out about canonical metric choices
Open, NormalPublic

Description

The Audiences annual plan is on-wiki at meta:Wikimedia Foundation Annual Plan/2018-2019/Audiences.
Once we're done finalizing the data dictionary that records teams' metrics and targets choices for each AP goal (T215976), we should make sure that people who are reading about that goal on the annual plan page can find this updated information.

The need outlined in this task still exists; actually it has since become more urgent, as Audiences teams have been making those metrics choices.

@kzimmerman has since asked us in T215976 to centralize this information (or pointers to it) on a separate data dictionary page. So I'm going to repurpose this task for making sure that the readers of the annual plan page can find out each team's current metrics definitions via the dictionary page. One idea might be to add a little box to each section saying something like "see the data dictionary [link to corresponding part] for the most up to date metrics and targets tracked for this goal".
