Hi. I am from Azerbaijani Wikipedia. We want to change the alphabetical order in category pages. For example, in Azerbaijani alphabet "X" comes after "H".

In case anyone is confused by the description (since X appears later in the English alphabet than H): What @Serkanland means is that X immediately follows H in the Azerbaijani alphabet, before letters like I, İ, and J. For details, see the Wikipedia article en:Azerbaijani_alphabet.

Removing Wikimedia-Site-requests as this requires code in MediaWiki itself and not changing an existing setting for Wikimedia servers.
@Aklapper I'm interested to do but please let me know, if it's software patch is similar as T183430 (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/mediawiki/core/+/399537/). Further assistance needed, I don't want to broke up the things.
